Denise Lewis looks in on speed typing test

Olympic Gold medalist and OBE Denise Lewis looked in at Crme to see the FlamePROOF typing competition where speed was of the essence.

Powered by skillsarena software the Top level PAs and secretaries were quick off the blocks to stand a chance of winning a prize of 200, awarded daily to the fastest and most accurate typist. Denise (The face of Flame) was highly impressed by the level of skills on display at the event. Despite fierce competition throughout, the creams of the crop were named as Barbara Alam on Tuesday, clocking in at 86 words per minute, Julia Roberts on Wednesday (80 wpm) and Jennie Andrews for the final day''s testing (an impressive 96 wpm). Jennie has been a Senior PA for the past fourteen years, and follows in the footsteps of her mother, who herself had a 100 wpm average.
