Innovative Recruitment Agency reaches First milestone

Employment agency ZR Recruitment is celebrating after reaching its first birthday ñ thanks to the benefits of their innovative new fee structure and efforts of their hard-working staff.

The Staffordshire-based firm was established in April 2003, but only started trading seven months later, having devised a method of cutting recruitment costs for their customers, without reducing the quality of service.

Managing Director Zeshan Raja feels a combination of those two factors have contributed to ZRís success.

He said: ìI am very pleased to have reached this milestone, and I would not be here celebrating it without the hard work of my staff.

ZR Recruitmentís fee structure comprises a one-off annual payment, which covers all recruitment issues for the 12 month agreement. This allows the customer to save on the commissions charged by most employment agencies.

They also have a wide range of candidates on their books, meaning their customers can fill any vacancy which arises during the year ñ from administrative positions to directorships.

Zeshan Raja said: ìMany companies feel agencies are just there to fill entry level positions, but we are different because, while we can fill those positions, we also have high-quality candidates on the books for more executive vacancies.î
