Interim Performers has joined the Interim Management Association

Interim Performers, an award-winning consultancy established in 1999, has joined the Interim Management Association, the professional body representing major UK providers of interim managers to the private and public sectors.

Nick Robeson, IMA Chairman, said: The criteria to be met before entering the IMA is stringent so as to ensure that only those providers who comply with our Code of Professional Practice and Good Conduct are considered suitable for membership.

Interim managers supply on-the-spot advice and immediate action at a management level when and where it is required. Given the continually evolving UK climate, what the interim manager has to offer is much in demand.

It is our goal to include within our organisation all such providers as meet our high standards and collectively work together to inform and educate UK industry of the added benefits of using IMA providers.

Companies that apply for membership of the IMA must demonstrate that they, or their interim businesses, are a separate entity or division with three years or more operational experience; that at least eight out of 10 assignments are at a day rate of 500 and above; and that they will comply with the IMAís Code of Professional Practice and Good Contact.
