NowWeComply Foundation Academy Is First Step To Self Service

NowWeComply, the innovative cloud based Business Process Management System has added Foundation Academy to their training and consultancy program.

With close-contact support during the early stages, the Academy is intended to get the customer up and running quickly and to a position where they can assume responsibility for their own implementation and design of processes and application of NWC.

Foundation Academy Tools:

  • Basecamp: Basecamp is the collaboration project management tool used to help clients plan, map and run their implementation of NowWeComply.
  • Criteria Master: This is a collaborative centralised master where all data points are outlined, designed and tracked before being implemented in NWC, saving users considerable time at the implementation stage.
  • Kayako Knowledgebase: Kayako is NWC’s support and ticketing system which all users have access to. Kayako also doubles up as a source of helpful information about how to get the best out of NowWeComply.
  • Multiple Tutorial Sessions:  Providing dedicated tuition specifically tailored to each clients need.
  • Project Activity Support: To assist users complete their project activities in between each Tutorial Session.
  • Implementation Consultancy:  To provide advice and expertise in conceptual process design and implementation.

The Foundation Academy, alongside a series of online webinars and self-help guides has been successful in supporting NowWeComply’s clients in the execution stage of the implementation process.
