Office Angels reach seventh heaven

Office Angels achieves its highest ranking ever in the Sunday Times ëTop 100 companies to work for awardsí

Office Angels has today been awarded seventh place in the annual Sunday Times ëTop 100 companies to work forí list. The UKís leading secretarial and office support recruitment consultancy beat 1000 other businesses to achieve its highest ranking to date and was also one of only 50 companies to achieve a three-star accreditation.

Each year, The Sunday Times invites UK businesses to enter the esteemed awards and employees from participating organisations are surveyed rigorously about their thoughts of their workplace. Each organisation is scored on eight workplace factors including personal growth, leadership, management and well being.

Top Scorer
In addition to holding onto its place in the top ten spot for another year (Office Angels was eighth in 2008), Office Angels also scooped top scores from their employees throughout the survey. A phenomenal 87% of staff said that they love working for Office Angels, whilst a staggering 91% of employees think their team is fun to work with.

The survey went on to reveal that 86% of Office Angels employees feel a strong sense of family within the company, whilst the same percentage value their team and their team relationships. Top scores were also awarded to the UKís secretarial and recruitment company for their managersí abilities to care about staff as individuals (85%) and for giving staff a buzz when they work with their fellow colleagues (83%).

These remarkable results demonstrate the devotion and commitment that Office Angels offers its staff and the overriding sense of family culture that exists within all of its branches.

Earlier this month, Office Angels was also revealed as one of the UKís leading business brands by the Superbrands organisation. Office Angels was placed 326 (out of 500) in the prestigious annual listings, beating last yearís position of 387.

Commenting on the results of the survey, David Clubb Managing Director of Office Angels says:
ìWe are delighted to see that Office Angels has achieved the highest ranking in the ëTop 100 companies to work for list.

We really care about our employees and like to believe that we listen and respond to the needs and requests of our staff. It is fantastic to see that our employees agree with this - and that they love working for Office Angelsî.
