Project management training specialists SPOCE have announced a significant expansion in their training courses this week with the launch of 6 new locations across the UK.

SPOCE, who are the pioneers/market leader in providing project & programme management training courses for both the public and private sector, have extended their services by opening new training centres in Bristol, Cambridge, Chester, Darlington, Stirling and Worcester. These new centres will run training courses for the PRINCE2 project management method which has become widely accepted as the standard benchmark for best practice in project management.

PRINCE2 is increasingly being incorporated into the management structures of organisations across the board and is now the standard method used by UK government agencies. PRINCE 2 covers the management, control and organisation of a project, it offers any type of organisation a structured and efficient strategy for dealing with any kind of project. Having received awards for their project management training initiatives SPOCE hopes that the launch of these new centres will help their continued success in offering the best practice project and programme management training and consulting solutions.

Paul Bradley, Managing Director of SPOCE, said: ìHere at SPOCE we were the first company to provide accredited training courses in PRINCE2 and MSPô and subsequently first to launch accredited distance learning to practitioner level for these methods. We hope to continue to do that on a bigger and wider scale.î

ìThe fact that the PRINCE2 method has prevailed as the benchmark for best practice in project management is a testament to its quality.

By offering a range of training courses, from PRINCE2 foundation level right through to PRINCE2 practitioner level courses and exams, in various forms of delivery including instructor lead classroom training, distance learning / self-study and blended learning options, SPOCE are able to tailor the approach and solution to suit the individual needs of the learner / business.

In their commitment to best practice in project & programme management training SPOCE also cover methods such as MSPô – Managing Successful Programmes, M_o_R – Management of Risk, ITIL – Services Management, DSDM Atern – the agile project framework, APM – Association of Project Management & Change Management.
