Taking place on 25 March at Cinnamon Bazaar, Covent Garden, the evening marks a significant milestone for the fast-growing recruitment community initiative. The event will be hosted in a private dining room with its own bar, creating an intimate setting designed to protect the quality and authenticity of conversation that has become synonymous with the Club.
Chef Vivek Singh will personally welcome guests and say a few words on the night. A curated menu awaits, with plans to continue refining future menus in collaboration with the Club as it grows.
Since launching, The Recruitment Curry Club has positioned itself as neutral ground for the recruitment sector. Built on the principle of removing sales agendas and traditional networking pressure, the Club was created to foster genuine dialogue between agency leaders, suppliers, founders and anyone that interacts with the recruitment industry in an informal environment.
What began as a simple idea, curry with no sales chat, has quickly developed into a recognised industry movement.
The partnership with the Cinnamon Collection opens access to additional venues across the UK, supporting the long-term vision of expanding The Recruitment Curry Club into new regions while preserving its core ethos of neutrality, inclusivity and honest conversation.
The Founders believe the anniversary celebration represents more than a milestone event. It signals a broader shift within recruitment towards more authentic industry dialogue and stronger cross-sector relationships.
