Towers Perrin reinforces Executive Compensation and Rewards team

Towers Perrin announced today that it has reinforced its Executive Compensation practice by hiring Nicki Demby, a well known adviser in the area, as senior remuneration consultant.

Towers Perrin announced today that it has reinforced its Executive Compensation practice by hiring Nicki Demby, a well known adviser in the area, as senior remuneration consultant.

Nicki joins Towers Perrin from Spencer Stuart, a leading executive search consulting firm, where she was executive search consultant and provided remuneration advice to clients hiring top level executives. Prior to that, she was group performance and reward director at Diageo, a leading premium drinks business,for more than two years. While at Diageo she supported the Remuneration Committee of the Diageo Board of Directors in its decision-making and handled senior executive reward matters with institutional investors.

Nickiís previous roles include leading the Human Capital consulting practice in Arthur Andersen in London, head of executive reward consulting at Ernst and Young, human capital consultant at Arthur Anderson and interim executive reward director at Barclays plc.

Nicki has a BSc (Hons) in production engineering and production management from NottinghamUniversity and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. She also is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
