Mr. Perakis currently serves as the Chairman of Netkey, Inc., a privately-held provider of self-service and digital merchandising software.
The addition of Mr. Perakis to the Vurv board brings a wealth of knowledge and track record of success in driving profitable growth in technology-based industries. Mr. Perakis joined Hyperion, a provider of financial management and planning software, as CEO in 1985 and led the companyís growth from approximately $1 million in revenue to $295 million in 1998. Mr. Perakis also currently serves on the boards of Unica Corporation (NASDAQ: UNCA), a leader in enterprise marketing management software, Mobius Management Systems (NASDAQ: MOBI), a provider of enterprise document management software, and privately held Sparta Systems, a provider of software to the life sciences industry.
