Wilmslow Businessman Put to the Test on BBCís Beat the Boss

Pareto Law MD joins Saira Khan on BBCís Beat the Boss

Wilmslow businessman Jonathan Fitchew is putting his business skills to the test against three budding junior entrepreneurs in the CBBC programme Beat the Boss on 23 April.

Hosted by ex-Apprentice star Saira Khan Beat the Boss sets a challenge for three children and three business executives to design a new product, which is then judged by an independent panel. The aim is to see who will win ñ the business big shots, or the young bright sparks.

Jonathan who runs graduate training and placement firm Pareto Law commented: ìBeat the Boss is a fantastic programme, pitting the business minds of the future against those of the present. It offers a real insight into how people approach a challenge differently, with both children and adults having to work as a team to get the right result.

ìI canít reveal all of the details of the show, particularly not the final result, but it involves the development of a new summer snack and plenty of creativity - particularly from the children who had great talent.î

Beat the Boss is broadcast every Monday at 5pm on BBC1, followed by the next episode at 5.30pm on the CBBC Channel.

Jonathan set up Pareto Law alongside joint MD Andrew Sawer in 1995 and the firm now has offices throughout the UK while retaining its headquarters in Alderley Road, Wilmslow. In 2005 Pareto won the Sunday Times Best Small Company to Work for Award and a National Sales Award for the best sales team of the year.
