Fuse sees scaling industry recognition for learning tech innovation

Fuse is the learning and knowledge platform that sparks active engagement and ignites people performance.

Fuse, the learning and knowledge platform for enterprise that ignites people and business performance, today announces its selection as a Top 20 Learning Experience Platform (LXP) by Training Industry, as well as its shortlisting in the category of ‘L&D Supplier of the Year’ at the 2021 Personnel Today Awards

Training Industry - the leading research and information resource for corporate learning leaders - prepares the Training Industry Top 20 report on critical sectors of the corporate training marketplace to better inform professionals about the best and most innovative providers of technologies. Selection criteria is based on quality of features and capabilities; industry visibility; innovation and impact; strength of clients and geographic reach; and company size and growth potential.

Similarly, the prestigious Personnel Today Awards celebrate HR and L&D achievements across 25 categories, including the contribution of technology providers such as Fuse.

Commenting on the double industry recognition, Luke Oubridge, CEO at Fuse, said: “This is fabulous recognition for our product and our people, and it’s testament to the tangible business benefits that Fuse is delivering for our fantastic customers around the world.

Oubridge continued: “We’re on a mission to rid the corporate world of legacy learning platforms and positively transform L&D - and we’re delighted that the wider industry is recognising the strides that we’re making in this regard.”

Ken Taylor, CEO of Training Industry Inc, added: “This year’s Top 20 Learning Experience Platform (LXP) companies continue to push the boundaries of engagement with the learner. The companies selected demonstrated how a learning system can truly impact the quality and efficacy of the learner experience. Leveraging AI, collaboration strategies and multi-modal learning, the top 20 LXP companies are focused on improving employee performance.”

Personnel Today Editor, Rob Moss, added: “We’ve been overwhelmed by the sense of creativity and resilience that we’ve seen in this year’s entries. A huge congratulations to everyone who has been shortlisted.”

Fuse’s double industry recognition comes just a week after the company announced its biggest product innovation to date - an industry-first AI-powered Knowledge Intelligence Engine that instantly connects learners with the exact knowledge they need, in context and in-flow, to achieve high performance at work.
