In further acknowledgement of the challenges faced by recruiters in today’s turbulent market, JobServe.com has announced the release of a new enhancement to its core CV product range.
JobServe’s CV Overdraft facility is an optional extension to the job board’s popular Monthly CV Licence product, giving recruiters the flexibility to drift beyond their allocated monthly allowance. In addition to resolving the problem of recruiters running out of credits and being unable to purchase CV’s until the month-end, the overdraft facility provides CV access without risk of financial penalty.
Les Powell, General Manager (Product & Service Delivery), said “Monthly CV Licence products are exceedingly popular with recruiters, but do bring with them some inherent inflexibility. Traditionally, when recruiters run out of CV download credits they are then effectively ‘stuck’ until the end-of-the month when the next set of credits become available.
Our new overdraft facility will bring a further layer of flexibility to the product that recruiters have been craving. Put simply, when the current month’s CV credits are used up the recruiter can enter into an overdraft whereby they purchase the extra CV’s at the pre-agreed price. Expenditure is protected by way of an overdraft cap - thus providing peace-of-mind over budgetary control.”
Launched to coincide with JobServe’s presence at the successful UK Onrec Conference & Exhibition, the new product has already received favourable reviews from recruiters, with one remarking “JobServe’s product portfolio really does cover all-the-bases, with each product bringing something unique to the market.”
Powell concluded, “Always conscious of market trends, we continue to work closely with our clients to provide both relevant and quality products that help our customers steal-the-march against their competitors.”
