Vic has a wealth of experience in both leading and growing recruitment and RPO services. He was one of the first 5 employees with Alexander Mann Solutions, helping to lead the growth of the organisation from 12 to over 1200 employees and win new international business in the RPO field. He has also worked in leadership roles in recruitment and RPO services for Barclays, Kornferry and The Up Group.
