For nearly two years the partnership has provided a structured pathway into work for individuals nearing the end of their sentences, particularly those returning to the community from Wandsworth Prison. Engagement begins in the final weeks before release, with candidates introduced to TGB's operations and supported through the transition into employment, including assistance with transport, financial access and workplace integration.
Several individuals have already joined TGB's operational teams through the programme, working across some of the UK's most complex transport environments. These roles provide stability, routine and career progression while also contributing to the delivery of TGB's on-site waste management model.
