A south Wales-based recruitment consultancy has moved to new premises in Cardiff to aid its further growth plans.
Linea Resourcing has relocated to a new property in Eastern Business Park, St Mellons, on a five year lease as part of its wider expansion strategy.
Since launching in 2002 the company, which specialises in permanent mid-market and senior executive roles in sectors such as engineering, defence, food manufacture, medical devices, human resources and finance, has continued to grow despite unsteady employment rates since the recession.
The new offices, which include more than 3,200 sq ft of modern office space, three times the size of its previous premises, will allow for further expansion as part of the company’s strategic growths plans.
Mike Gorshkov, founder and managing director of Linea Resourcing, said: “The last two years have been very successful for Linea. We have seen dramatic growth; with our net fee income rising above the £1million mark, taking on a staff of 15, and servicing more than 200 clients that range from high profile PLCs to high tech start ups.
“We attribute much of our success to our skill-based divisions, which play a pivotal role introducing our clients to leading talent from complementary sectors, as well as their own sector. The synergy other sectors and industries can provide a business is being embraced by forward thinking organisations as they seek the talent they need to drive, shape and deliver business results.”
“This office move is the next stage in our development plans, in which we look to boost our reputation, expand our offering and become known as the technical recruiter of choice in South Wales and the West.”
The new offices, were designed and fitted out by Office Image, include a reception area, open-plan office space, a board room, staff area and a range of interview suites and training rooms.
“These new offices give us the opportunity to reflect the professional and efficient service that our clients have come to expect from us. With this more polished and business-focussed environment, we’re keen to develop the company further and plan to double our staff numbers over the next three years.”
The company is now set to expand its services and further grow its presence across the UK.
Mr Gorshkov added: “We are now looking towards firmly establishing ourselves as market leaders in Wales and developing our services across the UK, boosting our overall growth and exploring opportunities in new markets.”
