Chris Day, head of IntaPeople’s engineering division, said:
“Despite some difficult conditions, organisations across the country have continued to recruit highly talented engineers as they look to deliver innovative, market-leading solutions. We’ve seen a number of markets pick up considerably over the past five to six months, including consultancy, medical, special purpose machinery, MOD (marine and oil & gas), and food.
“The strong demand for Buyers & Cost Engineers is understandable as companies look to stay within budget, while the growing demand for logistical experts coincides with the launch of a number of exciting new projects around the country.”
