StepStone GmbH and eArcu Limited are delighted to announce the launch of a new strategic partnership. The two companies have collaborated on the creation of the next generation of StepStone’s “Candidate Tracker”. “Candidate Tracker V2” will allow StepStone customers to manage applications, saving time and money in the recruitment process – even when they only need this type of solution on a job per job basis.
StepStone clients will have the opportunity to post their vacancies to multiple job boards, filter candidates based upon screening questions and correspond with them through the recruitment process. Equally important, this is achieved with a simple and intuitive user experience.
Candidate Tracker also makes the process easier for job seekers who will have the opportunity to apply in a few clicks using their StepStone CV. In addition, they will be updated on their progress and will be able to book their interviews online.
StepStone will also resell the full eArcu Applicant Tracking Solution (ATS) to its customers with regular recruiting needs. The eArcu ATS is a quantum leap in user experience for recruiters, managers and candidates. Clients are able to hire the best talent, in the shortest time and for the lowest possible cost.
