Raw Talent Academy chooses ADP as its HCM partner

ADP®, a leading global provider of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, has been selected by Raw Talent Academy, an award-winning Sales Recruitment and Training business, to provide a complete HCM solution to support its continued employee expansion.

Raw Talent Academy was founded by Lee McQueen, the series four winner of The Apprentice who became Lord Sugar’s Apprentice in 2008. McQueen established Raw Talent Academy using a unique approach to recruitment within the sales industry. The business partners with organisations to build internal Sales Academies, as well as develop existing sales teams. Following its quick expansion, the company has chosen ADP as its preferred partner to streamline HR, payroll and talent management processes.
