Suits Me, award-winning recruitment entrepreneur Matthew Sanders’ banking solution for the temporary recruitment sector and Assist Resourcing Group are celebrating a successful partnership, bringing financial inclusion to their workers.

As CEO of the Brookfield Rose group (including the £650 million neutral vendor de Poel and ethical payroll umbrella Paraplus), Sanders originally spotted a gap in the market last year, realising that a large number of agency workers are without a basic bank account or access to facilities such as overdrafts. These ‘underbanked’ individuals are currently excluded from making even simple transactions, like standing orders and online purchases.
 
This, combined with the work de Poel and Paraplus do, engaging with tens of thousands of agency workers on a weekly basis, led Sanders to set up Suits Me, to revolutionise the temporary recruitment market. For recruitment agencies, Suits Me is a fully inclusive membership which ensures guaranteed acceptance for any temporary worker with a UK address. Workers are provided with a VISA debit card and access to online banking facilities and benefits, including personal accident and life insurance.
 
Seeing the huge potential in this membership, Assist Resourcing Group partnered with Suits Me three months ago to provide guaranteed banking facilities to their temporary workers. Assist employs over 7,000 people across the UK, providing resourcing solutions tailored to high-demand and specialist environments in the logistics, retail supply chain, food production and manufacturing sectors.
