They believe that every child also deserves the chance to thrive and be offered an exciting and supportive upbringing too, but tragically this is not the case for all. By supporting the NSPCC CV-Library can share its people’s drive, ambition, skills, and energy to make a difference beyond their daily roles.
The NSPCC works tirelessly to prevent child abuse from ever happening, protecting children at risk and helping those who have been abused to rebuild their lives. Founded over 130 years ago, the NSPCC strives to make children across the UK and Channel Islands safer by working in schools, running national helplines, including Childline for children and young people, and providing therapeutic services – all to protect children and prevent abuse.
CV-Library is committed to donating at least £25,000 to the NSPCC this year and specifically supporting Childline, a service that gives young people a voice when no one else will listen. As part of that commitment, we have set a staff target of raising £5,000 through team building events and fundraising activities. The staff donation will pay to recruit, train and support more than three new Childline volunteers.
